Space 1, located in the ground floor, has been taken by Glasgow Architects OLA.
It has been converted to a very high standard and includes reception & meeting spaces, drawing office and private breakout space. Existing glazed brickwork has been restored and complement this clean contemporary interior.
Space 2, also located on the building’s ground floor, has been refurbished and is in move in condition with the added benefit that the potential occupier can have a choice of floor finish to suit.
